We are pleased to announce our new store training location - Coon Rapids Sportsman's Warehouse! We will be offering the Utah, non-resident permit to carry and the testing for the North Dakota non-resident permit to carry.
Utah Permit to Carry: $110.00 - Includes training material, 1 yr NRA Liberty Membership, resource disc, fingerprinting, passport style photo, notary services, copy of Driver's License, use of a handgun and other supporting services. (Does not include the $65.25 fee to Utah). Range fee - $20.00 to Bill's Gun Shop.
Utah Permit to Carry for returning students: $80.00 - offered to returning students who have already taken the Minnesota Permit to Carry offered by AACFI (please bring certificate). Includes items mentioned above. Range fee - $20.00 to Bill's Gun Shop.
North Dakota Permit to Carry Price: $25.00 for Testing (1 hr) and $5.00 fee for photo services (Does not include the $25.00 fee to North Dakota).

Classroom
Utah Permit to Carry - You will receive handouts on the Utah Permit to Carry, Minnesota Permit to Carry and North Dakota Permit to Carry Laws, a resource disc with additional information, and other supporting documents. This four hour+ class will have additional information on the Minnesota Permit to Carry and the North Dakota Permit to Carry. You will have hands-on weapons familiarization in the class room with Rusty's handguns and training ammunition. We will roll your fingerprints, take your passport photo, make a copy of your drivers license and notarize your application in the classroom to assist you in completing the application process.
If you have taken your Minnesota Permit to Carry with Rusty or any other AACFI approved instructor, you are eligible for a reduced fee. You must bring a copy of your AACFI Certificate to recieve the discount. What Will You Learn in Class?

Positive attitude on firearms and safety.
A handgun that you are competent with (no single action cowboy style).
50 rounds of factory ammunition (no reloads).
Extra magazines for your semi-automatic handguns.
If you do not have access to a handgun for the Utah qualifying, we will make available at no cost, the use of a .22 semi-automatic, .38 revolver or a .9mm semi-automatic. Just bring the required amount of ammunition. Bill's Gun Shop has handguns available for rent for $15.00/each.

Do not bring your handgun or ammunition into the classroom - please keep them secured in your vehicle.
Safety at the range is our highest priority - failure to comply will result in failing the course.
North Dakota Permit to Carry - North Dakota requires the applicant successful complete a 10 question open book test (one hour to complete) prior to applying for the 3 year permit. You will be provided with the North Dakota Permit to Carry Manual in the classroom. You can download the North Dakota Permit to Carry manual prior to the class.
